Kidz World, out and about in the community!
Saturday, December 2, 2017, volunteers from Kidz World dropped off the canned goods donations from our very successful canned food drive the month of November. We would like to thank all of our wonderful parents, staff, and friends who donated!! Thank you so much!
Donations went to the Corydon Food Pantry, 212 Main St. Corydon KY. This is a very nice and friendly center with wonderful volunteers of its own including Ronda Moore Smith who was kind enough to meet us on a Saturday while the pantry was closed. The building is donated by the City of Corydon and is open Monday & Wednesday 12:00-2: 00 pm. This pantry services the AB Chandler school district area. They are always in need of non-perishable food items, monetary donations, etc. Anytime you would like to donate, please contact Ronda Smith or Corydon City Hall 270-533-6122.
A new addition to the Corydon Food Pantry is a Clothing Pantry right next door! The Clothing Pantry is open Monday & Wednesday 12:00-2: 00 pm and services anyone in need! They too are looking for donations of gently used or new items. If you are in need or wish to donate please contact Ronda Smith or Corydon City Hall 270-533-6122.
