Mrs. Savannah is the Carly Childhood Education Coordinator here at Kidz World. She has over10 years experience in childcare. She is an alumnus of HCC where she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education. Her proudest accomplishments in life thus far is being in a profession she loves, marrying her best friend, and making a life with him. Her favorite color is black. Her favorite food is anything with cheese. She loves alternative music. Savannah’s favorite Disney character is Mulan while her favorite superhero is Captain America. Her favorite hobbies are craftiing,reading and thrift shopping. Her favorite quote is, “Today you are you, that is truer than true, there is no one who is youer than you” – Dr. Seuss. When asked why she loves her job, she replied, “I am a nurturing person and my favorite part of childcare is the bonds created with children and their families. I love knowing I help make a difference in the world, no matter how small”. She believes Early Childhood Education is important because, “…the first five years of a child’s life is a window of opportunity… ECE shapes the future”.
