Stephenie Duncan, Director of Kidz World Childcare, Inc. has over 17 years of experience in the field of child care. She is an alumnus of Henderson County High School. She holds her CDA and Director’s credential. She is CPR/First Aid certified. Stephenie is the cog that moves the wheel at Kidz World and fulfills many roles in her duties. She receives great respect from all the children and is the go-to person for all staff. She is a problem solver and goes above and beyond each day to ensure the safety of the children and the success of the business. Her proudest accomplishments thus far are: her daughter’s and grandson, obtaining her Director’s credential, and being a part of the growth of Kidz World. Among her many favorites in life are: the color purple, a good hamburger, supporting the Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys, and anything Batman. Her favorite quote is also from Batman, “It’s because of people like you that I became this. And you’ll never give me a reason to become someone else.” When asked why she loves her job so much, she replied, “I just love the kids and the families we serve and the family environment of Kidz World.”
